Oversees the daily operations and job readiness education for participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities leading to supported and/or permanent employment in an integrated work environment. Planning, executing, managing, and evaluating services related to serving these individuals in attaining job readiness, employability, and self-sufficiency. Provides direct support to participants; providing supervision and management to staff.

Serves as support staff to organization leadership team, monthly budget reports, data stratification, wage and financial analysis. Serves as billing liaison for vocational programs funded by the State of Arkansas. Provides routine trainings and administrative updates to team members. Provides vocational counseling and coaching to individuals with disabilities and other employment barriers. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Managed daily operations of E-Waste Solutions program, consisting of a team up to 10 individuals. Increased E-Waste production by 200% during tenure. Facilitates specific technology awareness training on the demanufacturing and refurbishing of computers. Help clients with job placements by determining interests, needs, and abilities; by identifying potential gaps in performance; by identifying learning needs or cognitive deficits. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Provided one-on-one intensive training that developed underlying cognitive skills required for students of all ages to excel academically. Training helped to enhance weak comprehension, processing speed, memory, attention skills, auditory processing, visualization, and logic and reasoning.
