• Operate the #1 single state scouting service in the Country for girls basketball serving over 300+ colleges in America• Annually host one of the largest NCAA individual exposure events (Top 64) in the midwest where 500+ athletes come to compete in front of 200+ college coaches• Over 1500+ girls basketball players attend our events (elementary-high school) each year • On average, over 150 seniors are recruited through our exposure events

• Organized and schedule all after-school enrichment activities for students • Managed all facets of the athletic program; including scheduling, hiring & firing staff, facilitating operations• Managed the athletic & 21st Century budget • Completed all yearly federal funding paperwork and other government required documentation for the program • Managed a staff of 10+ professionals • Oversee day to day operations, data entry and compliance• Maintained all facilities and equipment for upkeep, safety, and cleanliness • Mentored student-athletes academics, athletic expectations, and future athletic opportunities• Liaison between recruiters, athletic directors, leagues and school officials to ensure program success• Coordinated with coaches on games, practices, and event schedules• Organized any and all athletic functions (banquet) and fundraising• Handled and supervised conflicts within the athletic program; parents, etc. • Provided numerous professional and personal development for the student-athletes and staff • Scheduled volunteer and outreach opportunities throughout the year
