Served as the Director of Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at BCS, LLC embedded at the U.S. Department of Energy as Senior Advisor to the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Renewable Energy, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. Led coordination between offices, agencies, and with communities nationwide for the implementation of multiple programs including several under the $550 B Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. Served as the Director of the CalTestBed Program and Power Connector for U.S. DOE/NREL American Made Challenges. These programs fund, accelerate, and grow diverse clean energy entrepreneurs to drive innovation and build equity into the global clean energy economy.• Designed and launched the CalTestBed program; a public/private partnership that recently secured an $11M full cost extension to provide clean energy startups vouchers of up to $300,000 to access prototype testing at one of more than 70 world class facilities at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory and 9 University of California Campuses.• Held national symposia featuring the CalTestBed voucher recipients, testing facilities, and leading tech transfer and commercialization experts.• Designed the CalTestBed Solicitation; manage the review and recommendation process with nationally recognized SMEs; executed facility matching, consultations, and development of statements of work between the labs and 40 entrepreneurs. • Coordinated legal counsel from the California Energy Commission, the UC Office of the President and LBNL to develop a standardized agreement structure that allows entrepreneurs to maintain their IP, mitigates conflicts of interest, and provides a strong value proposition for entrepreneurs and testing facilities. • American Made Challenges - utilizing a Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion lens conducted outreach, coach applicants, provide pitch feedback, facilitate training, and make catalytic connections.• Rapid Response - Secured Wells Fargo IN2 grant to provide support to clean energy startups struggling due to the effects of Covid-19.• Designed and implemented the Rapid Response solicitation to support underrepresented entrepreneurs in clean energy working to benefit underserved communities. • eXplorers In Residence - Implemented 2019 XIR program; provided fellowships for members of underrepresented communities to explore opportunities in the clean energy field.

Provided consulting services in project management, communications, strategic planning, workshop design and facilitation, stakeholder engagement, change management, research and analysis, monitoring and evaluation. Subject matter expertise includes energy policy and technology deployment, diversity, equity and inclusion, environmental management, and international development.

• Designed and launched the U.S. Clean Energy Education and Empowerment (C3E) Program; established partnerships with MIT and Stanford University to host annual symposium; recruited senior executives for elite Ambassadors Corps; developed guidance and facilitated selection process for mid-career Awards; developed a global social media network connecting >10,000 women in the clean energy field; drafted program blueprint to serve as guidance for launching national C3E programs. • Received recognition from U.S. Secretary of Energy for contributing to the launch and support of the ARRA-Funded Smart Grid Investment Grants Program (SGIG). SGIG consisted of 99 projects across the nation intended to modernize and strengthen the nation’s electricity infrastructure to prevent outages and mitigate cyber threats and deployed more than $8B of SmartGrid technologies. • Executed U.S. DOE R&D peer reviews; drafted reports providing funding and management recommendations for programs including Superconductivity, Smart Grid, and Transmission Reliability. • Developed methodology for Global Environmental Facility to integrate climate change adaptation considerations into criteria for all future grant proposals, affecting billions of dollars of investments.

Senior Assistant for Global Support Program• Supported nine staff in three departments, coordinating contracts, presentations, reports, travel, event planning and accounting. • Organized and coordinated logistics for WWF’s Global Ecoregion Workshop in Antalya, Turkey, 7-11 February, 2005, with over 100 attendees from around the world.

• Supervised six facilitators of environmental issues working groups for the European Postgraduate Program in Environmental Management (EPCEM), coordinated working groups, lectured and tutored. • Conducted research and wrote portions of a chapter for inclusion in a European Union report on sustainable production and consumption in the textile industry.

• Assessed and evaluated the success of the Environmental Human Rights Campaign, formulated recommendations and an implementation strategy. • Researched and wrote a status report on the NGO preparatory process for the United Nations Economic Committee for Europe (UNECE) Ministerial conference in Geneva. • Wrote grant proposals, edited documents and reports.

Consulted at two non-profits to establish, grow and strengthen their organizations and activities addressing local, regional, and international environmental issues. Taught two classes a semester at Comenius University; selected as a Peace Corps trainer, conducted flood relief in Eastern Slovakia, and served as chair for the volunteer advisory committee.The Regional Environmental Center for Central and Eastern Europe (REC), Slovak Country Office• Managed international, interdisciplinary projects that included drafting feasibility studies and policy recommendations for the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), United Nations Environmental Program (UNEP) and the European Commission (EC).• Collaborated with offices in 7 countries to conduct research and develop an integrated river basin management plan for the Danube which informed revised water regulations in the region.• Conducted policy research and drafted report to the EU Commission evaluating Slovakia’s compliance with the DGXI directives and eligibility for EU accession.• Represented REC at monthly USAID grantee meetings.• Organized and managed international environmental conferences, including collaborating with IUCN on the organization of the COP 5 on Biodiversity.Slovak Society for Sustainable Living• Served as a liaison between the organization and the Slovak Ministry of Environment.• Represented the organization at international conferences.• Consulted with the executive staff concerning organizational strategy and development.• Edited all English language documents and publications.Comenius University, Natural Sciences Faculty• Developed curriculum and taught Technical Environmental English to Environmental Sciences students and faculty members which included presenting research in an international forum and debating scientific and social topics.• Involved students in local environmental activities such as conferences, lectures and discussions with government officials.
