As of 2021, managing recruiting for Content & Studio facing teams, including but not limited to:- Physical Production- Post Production- Music- VFX (Visual Effects)- Content ExecutivesPreviously partnered with and built global teams from scratch for the Post Production organization support verticals:- Dubbing- Creative Technologies & Infrastructure- Asset Management- Production Technology SupportAdditional responsibilities have included:- Defining the Recruiter and Researcher workflows, and training countless new colleagues on such responsibilities- Training, mentoring, and managing the work of multiple Recruiting Researchers (Jr. Recruiters)- Partnering with business leaders and executives across both Engineering and the Netflix Studio to build out large scale global teams (including roles in newly opened offices in Japan, Singapore, Korea, India, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Brazil, Mexico, and New York City).- Creation of Hiring Manager onboarding and kick-off materials- Regular data digests on hiring efforts across business groups (including a focus on diversity & inclusion in recruiting/hiring efforts).- Partnership and networking with external professional organizations, often with a specific focus on the LGBTQ+ community.

Founding member and leader of the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group (Pride@Netflix). Responsible for launching chapters in the SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, and advising the launch of additional chapters globally (New York City, Salt Lake City, Mexico, Brazil, United Kingdom, Amsterdam, Japan, and Singapore). Responsible for ideating and executing annual goals and visions, specifically around increasing diversity, inclusion, and equity within the LGBTQ+ community, facilitating monthly meetings, and planning annual Pride Month events, social activities, internal educational discussions, recruiting/networking initiatives, and philanthropic participation.(Below are videos of 3 of my initiatives)

The Young Inklings mission is to empower young writers to tell their unique stories through subsidized classes, one-on-one mentorships and publishing programs. They celebrate diversity and offer programs to all students without exception.
