Officer – It Helpdesk
Current- Assist all users with any logged IT related incidents.
- Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service to the user within agreed SLA.
- Escalate incident to other support teams where necessary.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues like User login issues, Outlook application access, printer errors and more.
- Set up New users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software related incidents, including operating systems, business application and software.
