Roll out 1500 Multifunct. Printers, ABN AmroStep in / Project Management on EUS environment of ABN Amro. Replacement of small printers by Multifunctional Printers (MFP’s). Requested to step in and restore project after two years of not performing. Big resistance of the organization for the MFP’s. The 2 project managers not able to tackle the resistance and guide the vendors (Ricoh roll out team, IBM roll out team, Verizon roll out team, Legian roll out team, ABN Amro Business implementation team).- Rewrited the roll out process and communication plan, the two initial ABN Amro project managers taken off the project, new governance and implementation process. All vendors more strictly managed within the new processes and new governance.- Restored the confidence about the concept within the Business and made sure the 1500 MFP’s are being installed on all locations as positioned.and - setting up Common Vendor Capacity KPI's - supporting the Prince 2 implementation within ABNamro infrastructure

Managing the separation of the Domino environment between ABN Amro and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Part of the separation programme of ABN Amro bank to Santander, Fortis and RBS. Impact on organization structures, employees and contracts of vendors. 70.000 Mail users in 52 countries, 4000 applications. Different business entities with their own integration solution. Two vendors (IBM and EDS/HP) managing different layers of the Domino environment. Regularly shift of scope, baseline dates, and policies. Close monitoring by the Dutch bank, legal and compliance teams.- A New RBS Domino environment has been built in order to copy / migrate part of the Domino applications and group mailboxes. Part moved to this new environment. Remaining functionality moved to other solutions like Share Point. Additional tools have been developed to execute the mail migrations to Outlook and access removals. Phased moving out of RBS. SLA’s created between the banks for remaining services. Additional support agreements with vendors have been created to support these temporary agreements.- The joint RBS and ABN Amro Infrastructure separation board has complimented the PM for this project. The PM managed to align the Domino separation activities and has restored the business confidence. All milestones have been met, in line with the legal dates, RBS and ABN Amro infrastructure Separation board requirements, business expectations and agreements with the vendors.
