As co-founder of this language immersion summer camp, I was involved in every aspect of its development. I worked with the year-round team to develop our mission and values, and then ensured the integration of those values into all of our work. My role as communications lead led me to engage in a meaningful way with families, language teachers, and language teaching organizations across three states. While our camp didn't outlast COVID, I'm proud of what we built and the impact we had on our campers and staff.

Supported managers in conducting performance reviews, collaboratively designed and facilitated learning campaigns, contributed to the hiring and onboarding processes for new employees, and supported the process of establishing a new set of core values for the company.

Over the course of six summers at the Concordia Language Villages, I developed as a leader and language teacher. As credit program facilitator, I led teachers in providing a high-quality intensive Spanish-learning experience to high school students. I also designed and personally managed a new portfolio-based assessment system for all of our students.
