Responsible for managing parts in PLM from their creation to their release throughout the milestones Ensuring the correctness of the data shared to and from supplier (Technical spec, Ergonomically spec, Color & Trim Charts, 3D, 2D, additional documents) Managing functional and integration checklists Keeping track of the issues solving in lists of open points Ensuring data alignment with technical experts, styling team, electronics dept., perceived quality, ergonomics team and packaging team Reporting to module, program and vehicle managers

 Responsible for creation and follow-up of the quality requirements for each milestone of the involved part Checking and validating the grid lines Creating a weekly status of the APQP grids that are under personal surveillance and sharing them with the stakeholder both internal and supplier side Involved in pushing the stakeholder to upload in time in the system the correct documents and responsible validators to rate the results

 Acting as a helpdesk member in order to quickly troubleshoot errors/warning in PLM Offering support for key phases in PLM like part creation, modification and releasing Sharing and explaining flowcharts, guidelines, methodologies

In addition to Charge d’Affair Position Responsible for the checking and validation of the quality documents in ANPQP; Responsible for the checking and validation of test according to the milestones and standards in REVS; Responsible for making the validation (test) planning according to the changes of the technical definition; Detailing the constraints of not respecting the standards in order to obtain deviations or creating an action plan in order to improve the status of the part / assembly;

In addition to Design Engineer position Responsible for the development and industrialization proposal of the manual gearbox control parts: gear-shift lever and cables, guiding and protections;  Responsible for development of the specification notes for the nominated supplier; Participation in technical and management meeting in order to ensure the progress of the parts development; Functional risks and packaging risk analysis; Coordinator for Design Engineers, when needed. DMU Manager for the Gear-Shift Dpt
