Lead and develop the IT Audit practice

Set up the IT Audit department for Assurance clients

In charge with varied Finance topics:- Credit Management- Digital Governance- Information Governance- Internal Processes- Special Finance Projects

Ensuring proper processes are in place to address Internal Control requirements (including SOX 404 disclosure) and efficiency concerns.

Responsible for the development of the Risk Assurance Solutions department. Manage projects and teams, coordinate and supervise workload, ensure deliverables are submitted on time and at the required quality level. Discuss and negotiate terms of the engagement with client management while being in charge of client relationship. Act as tutor for internal technical and management training.

Perform audits of financial statements in accordance with local and international standards. Assess controls over the application of internal procedures on different business cycles. Plan, coordinate and supervise audit missions for a portfolio of clients in various industries.
