- Managing the EMEA recruitment team (10 FTE's) focusing on hiring technical and non-technical roles in the semiconductors industry, leading to a significant improvement in hiring managers satisfaction by improving communication and implementing a consultative approach to our recruitment processes.- Defining the recruitment strategy across the team and the workload assignation improving the team performance and leading to an increase in revenue with an average of +30 hires a month.- Coaching and mentoring team members improving the overall level engagement and motivation by defining clear expectations and growth opportunities- Performing monthly, quarterly and annual performance reviews ensuring a good performance level across the team and setting-up realistic goals.- Acting as a Project Manager for a global hiring project focused on Software Development (AI, Cloud, Virtualization, Simulation) leading to over 40 engineer hires across 7 countries in Europe, NA and APAC.- Actively involved in the forecasting and billing process

Client - Honeywell | Corporate - Managing all recruitment processes in the Corporate business unit, significantly improving the business relationship with the Hiring Managers and HR community by making good hires, improving communication and reducing the average time to fill.- Coordinating the activity of 2 Sourcing Partners - leading to a more robust and efficient recruitment process by defining priorities and improving the candidate quality.- Reporting on performance metrics and objectives in management meetings.- Advising leaders on their hiring needs and plans giving them more visibility on the available talent pool in certain locations and leading to more sustainable growth plans.- Directly sourcing and screening candidates for niche positions and leadership hires

- Coordinating the activity of the Permanent Placement team (6 FTE's) leading to an increase in revenue and customer retention in the SE region of Romania- Finding and hiring great talent for local and multinational business increasing the client satisfaction and reducing the time to fill on critical roles- Coaching and on-boarding new team members- Reporting of key recruitment metrics to the group (hires, time to fill, invoice values)

- Directly sourcing for candidates using local job boards and social media platforms leading to a better understanding of the market and an increased number of hires- Screening, selecting and recommending suitable candidates to a diverse portfolio of customers increasing the client satisfaction and generating new business.
