● I'm aware that working in the Human Resources Department is a very challenging position. HR departments have to adapt to various generations(X, Y, Z), communicate correctly and ethically, cooperate, and deliver the necessary information about the company(values, culture), and so on.● I'm a very eager-to-learn person who can, with ease, master the new tasks I’m assigned with. I'm self-driven, active and want to continuously learn new things. I am a punctual and motivated individual who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standards of work. I am an excellent team worker and I am able to take instructions from all levels and build up good working relationships with all colleagues. I am flexible, and reliable and possess excellent timekeeping skills.● As the years passed I learned how to work and cooperate with a team, how to maintain deadlines for a proper result, and how to respect scheduled meetings to prove my responsibility.
