Part of the Assurance Managed Services team within Field Level Maintenance business, mainly responsible for Vodafone Romania infrastructure facilities maintenance, telecom sites, with a strong focus on civil and electrical works, air conditioning, diesel generators.Act as a team coordinator and single point of contact for infrastructure maintenance, planning, scheduling and cost control. Develop requirements, outlines, plan and control the budget to meet the project's financial target. Prepare periodically reports, ensure and permanently control that the project is maintained within the budget. Identify and propose new ways of costs reduction and efficiency increase. Improve on time project delivery in alignment with Customer requirement. Identify and resolve operational risks, permanently supervise the quality of work performed by project team, how to work improvements in order to meet KPIs and blend in SLA. Keep close contact with service providers to obtain Customer satisfaction.Improve weekly and monthly reports, accuracy and planning forecast, present the Project status to the stakeholders. Track, analyse and determine the KPIs in alignment with contractual Service Level Agreements, enforce during the day to day activities the priorities of the project team. Distribute all information to the involved parties to assess performance.
