Under general direction of the SF Financials and SF Procurement business lines, this position includes roles and responsibilities to ensure quality and consistency of solution requirements, designs, configurations, testing, training, and deployments for the SF Financials and SF Procurement teams (PeopleSoft FSCM).

Our Division is responsible for improving the effectiveness of business processes and to implement city-wide adoption of the utilization of PeopleSoft FMS and SCM as a single source financial solution. -diagramming policies and processes of the business practices and requirements; - linking business processes with the setup and business rules of the new financial system; - requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis; defining and implementing application configuration settings; performing complex data analysis; - working with the project team on transition plans for re-engineered business processes; conducting trainings for end users; - create functional designs; create test plans; execute testing; analysis and testing of security roles and permissions; identifying, managing and escalating issues and risks throughout software development life cycle;

San Francisco Bay Area

-SFPark and CLIPPER - Project planning, management, system implementation and testing on Access systems worldwide including parking facilities owned/managed by the SFMTA and Parking Authority.-PCI - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards analyst, responsible for providing ongoing supervision of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance for credit card processing systems. - Analyze, customize and administrate system designs to meet client's business needs.- Installing , testing, modifying and maintaining software of complex computer systems including San Francisco Airport (SFO) employees access- Implementing, updating, maintaining system software including databases, tables.- Post-implementation assessment and security administration.- Writing technical and procedural documentation and conducting user training.- Troubleshooting software problems remotely, through telephone and site visits.- Researching and evaluating technology via exhibits, seminars and vendor contacts.
