As Project Manager, my purpose is to effectively drive change from idea to product. Some of my responsibilities were:- Extracting Outstanding Debt Reports and scheduling collection efforts to maximize receivables;- Going through the collections process from first attempt to account termination due to non-payment;- Negotiating and tracking payment arrangements;- Providing customers with support regarding invoices and payments as well as analysing and resolving billing disputes.
