Part of the Finance Department team responsible for maintaining all financial information for two companies in UK and Holland. I provide direct support to Finance Controller around Sales Reporting and Costings.Main responsibilities and activities:- Sales Reporting for three companies including Revenue Analysis, Sales Order book reporting, Credit note reporting;- Sales Budget and Projections including preparation of files and reviewing pricing, volumes, region split; - Overheads Reporting for two companies including producing and reviewing all monthly overheads spends with budget holders, with full understanding of variances to budget;- Perform an integral role in the Overhead budgeting process, which includes gathering data for Overheads, lead planning and communicating with budget holders;- Capital Analysis including monthly tracking of capital spent across big projects and review capital projects with project managers;- Perform an integral part of the month end process which include Assessments, Flock Expense, Amortisation;- Produce and interpret Production cost reports and trends (Farm / Hatchery / Egg);- US reporting including Asia Sales, AR days and any other quarter end reporting when requested- Key Audit support for Financial controller for both UK and NL audits;- Any ad-hoc reporting / analysis as required by Finance Controller or Finance Director;- Assist the Accounts team in implementing company policies and procedures;- Active involvement in Continuous Improvement process.

Part of R&D Controlling team of Business Unit Vehicle Dynamics (VED), Segments Steering Systems (STE) and Suspension (EAS):I provided support to BU VED R&D Controller and Segment Controllers (located in Germany) in the consolidation and management of the monthly financial results of the company.
