In this position, I fully coordinate project activities, from the initiation of new projects to the completion of contracts. My main responsibilities include:Identifying and attracting new business opportunities, establishing valuable connections, and promoting the company's services in the market.Supervising and planning the financial aspects of projects, ensuring that all activities are carried out within the established budget limits.Developing project strategies that optimize both creative and financial resources, thus ensuring the efficiency and success of the projects.Negotiating contractual terms with partners and suppliers, and coordinating/recruiting the team of collaborators to ensure a smooth and professional implementation of projects.Presenting deliverables created by the team to the client for feedback or validation.

I work with international and national companies and NGOs in creating visual identities, rebrands and brand launches.I have optimized workflows and creative procedures to improve the efficiency and quality of the design output.I have significantly contributed to the company's growth strategy by facilitating the expansion from Brașov to Bucharest and integrating new market requirements into our creative offerings.Regularly, I am responsible for presenting and supporting the team's creations in front of clients, ensuring that our creative vision is understood and appropriately appreciated.I have actively participated in the recruitment process for designers, evaluating potential candidates and integrating new talents into the team.I lead and participate in feedback sessions with the team, providing guidance and support for the continuous development of my colleagues' design skills

I worked in a team with international food and beverages companies and with companies in the banking system, in advertising campaigns, helping them reach a larger audience and expand their brand.
