Network Operations Engineer L1
Current- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to diagnose and resolve network performance issues for a diverse client base.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls from vendors such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Juniper to address connectivity issues and enhance network security.
- Manage change requests and deploy new configurations to network hardware, minimizing disruptions and ensuring seamless client operations.
- Respond to and resolve escalated network incidents and outages within SLA timelines, minimizing client impact.
- Implement security best practices, including firewall policies, VPN configurations, and other measures to protect client data.
