Support for treasury management business customers who utilize online banking services. Services included but not limited to ACH origination, Wire origination, Payment Manager fraud prevention, Remote Deposit, and Bill Pay.

Quality audited examiners in the Shared Accums department, who were responsible for reconciling member deductible and out of pocket accumulations.

Held various customer service roles responsible for benefit and claim inquiries from hospitals, medical professional offices, insurance agencies, and members. Majority of inquires were via phone, however I also held a position that handled online chat inquiries. Positions varied in group and retail policies.
