• Supervision of accounting outsourcing in different clients: Financial statements, review of income tax, value added tax and payroll taxes and contributions.

• Implementation of the new business unit: Creation of database of potential clients with billings in excess of US $ 150 million.
• Contribution in the presentation of technical-economic proposals for SAP Business Planning and Consolidation and SAP Business Objects for Business Intelligence.
• Virtualization of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation, optimizing the presentations of the software.

• Integral management of the report to Headquarters (USA): 100% within the deadlines with their respective analysis of variations (Real vs. Budget / Forecast).
• Reduction of collection days from 60 to 45 days on average.
• Leadership in the authorization process for the purchase of Fixed Assets.
• Coordination with Line Managers to export excess of inventory, improving the DSI (Days Sales Inventory) ratio of 90 to 60 days on average.
• Implementation of JD Edwards ERP (Fixed Assets, Inventory and General Ledger modules).
• Intercompany Reconciliation: I fulfilled the decrease over accounts payable to affiliates by USD 1 million after applying the income withholding tax to non-domiciled.
