I also have experience in providing customer support for Expedia Group, where I handled inquiries, complaints, and bookings from travelers, using my communication in German and English languages , problem-solving, and service skills. I am a hardworking and reliable individual who is eager to learn new things and pursue new opportunities in software testing, especially in Germany or Egypt, where I can use my English and German language skills.
