I studied Horticulture at the "Ion Ionescu de la Brad" University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Iași, where I graduated from engineering and did a master’s degree in the production of seed material; currently in course of delivering my PhD on the "Modern methods of multiplication."Following perpetual improvement, I attended the European Erasmus program for Education, Training and Youth, where I studied at the Faculty of Agriculture of the University of Tuscia in Viterbo, Italy, which I ended with a dissertation on "Modern methods of multiplication of artichokes in vitro". My professional experience began in USA where, through a Student-Travel program, I had my first contact with what management and business focus mean.In 2010, I returned to Romania and first became the Technical Director of Gabana Ferm SRL, and later, in 2013, as a manager, I created Frizon Group, which within four years succeeded to grow its farmed area from only 400 ha to 3700 ha.I’m always proving that I am passionate and dedicated to my work, as hard work, regardless of its domain, bears fruit every time. As a team manager, I created and responsibly implemented successful projects to increase productivity, efficiency and profitability growth, leading the newly formed team by example, with an enthusiasm that inspires and motivates.Over time, I have demonstrated skills such as leadership, initiative, ambition, strategic thinking, creativity, vision, pro-activity, diplomacy, qualities which are recommended for top management and which led to the fulminant development of the group companies.
