Teona received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College and has her own private practice in Maitland serving individuals and couples in person and telehealth. Prior to becoming a Psychotherapist, Teona founded LifeWeigh to Health in 2008 where she provided coaching to those desiring to lose weight and address health challenges. She is a dynamic certified life/wellness coach with a diverse background ranging from a professional acting/modeling career to teaching, coaching, and motivational speaking. With wit and wisdom, Teona has helped thousands of people over the past 16 years to reclaim, reshape, and rebrand their lives! Teona has served in a leadership capacity for several health-related not-for-profit entities in Central Florida. Teona is a member of The American Counseling Association and the American Association of Christian Counselors.
