We conceptualized and created an emergency response NGO, which rescued, resettled and offered support many people, as we speak. The purpose of the Diaspora Solidarity Group is to develop, implement and carry out projects, programs and other activities aimed at contributing to the improvement of the quality of life and health of people, regardless of age, nationality, orientation, coming from disadvantaged categories and/or in vulnerable situations or difficult and their families. Started volunteering at 14 years old and I am volunteering even in present, for the NGO I am President of “Diaspora Solidarity Group”, co-founded other 3 NGOs and collaborating with many other, one of them being Girl Gone International. I have worked for more than 15 years in local and international NGOs. I am part of a Global Initiative, in partnership with United Nations (UN) agencies and other non-governmental organizations (NGOs), which responds to requests for support in disaster situations and in a range of aid and development contexts. Since 2018, I have been also working as a trainer and consultant in international context. For past 5 years I've been delivering training and consulting projects for business, public administration and educational sector.I speak 5 languages: Romanian, English, Spanish, French and Portuguese and I lived in Spain for 5 years At 19, I was part of the coordination team of an event with over 600 participants from 15 countries and the biggest of its type in Romania, Students Model United Nations of Bucharest I’ve mentored over 50 people – mostly women and in present, I am mentoring 4 women and 1 team in an international competition I was born to be a Humanitarian and I believe that communication, technology and education represent the most important pillars for a better world. #diasporasolidarity
