- Markets support and interaction: assist in business strategic planning, providing guidance & ensuring adequation of local/regional ambition with brand targets and Richemont guidelines - Distribution management: help define distribution expansion and allocate CapEx budget, keep track of distribution network- Commercial rules: help define commercial rules (incl. margins, discount/rebates, target bonuses, buy-backs..)- Sales performance monitoring: challenge proposals for budgets and sales estimates, follow market performance versus targets, identify risks and reasons, propose mitigation actions- Stock and supply management: define ideal assortments per point of sale, geographical allocation, ensure stock and sales target/estimates adequation, help putting in place special actions to further optimize stock- Richemont/Group projects: participate in various group workshops and drive implementation of the related projects for the Maison (new B2B2C tool, external boutique toolkit, KPIs monitoring)

- Build the business plan in collaboration with BM to ensure the Salesgrowth & Marketing plan of the French network (5 wholesale accounts & 3retail boutiques)- Manage business relationship with key accounts to ensure BP & salesobjectives (create open-to-buy and stock rotation policy)- Daily support to our boutiques & wholesale partners to guaranteehigh standards of operation (Sales, Customer service, productinformations & availbility, merchandising requests)- Allocate & follow-up of the A&P budget according to the marketing &sales targets: incentives, exceptional showcases, events, gifts..- Deploy the partnership with Pirelli & Lamborghini by implementing a global calendar of events to promote our new range of sportive watches(relationship management, events organization & coordination)- Ensure maximum space & visibility for the Maison in the network:Visual merchandising, windows animation, Social media follow-up- Booster & BI Key User : Follow-up, analysis and platforms management Ø SAP Key User : commercial coordination, inventory and consignmentmanagement, order follow-up according to business priorities & release calendar, Customer service, Logistic coordination and transfer, vendor creation, purchase orders.- Monthly report (stock rotation, Sell-in/Sell Out analysis)- Monitor budgets linked to activities : selling costs, T&E, Capex, etc..
