As a Year 3 Undergraduate in Accountancy, my journey into finance has been anything but conventional. Beginning my academic career in Human Resource Management at Republic Polytechnic, I quickly realized my fervent passion for finance and investment, ultimately making a deliberate pivot into Accountancy. My unique blend of human resources and finance equips me with a multifaceted understanding of business operations, setting me apart from my peers.In my Polytechnic days, I was not just a student; I was an EXCO member of the Investment and Finance Interest Group and an active competitor in external finance challenges. These early commitments echo my genuine enthusiasm for the sector, a quality that enabled me to secure a pivotal Finance Internship at Great Eastern in 2022. My areas of interest include auditing, tax, consultancy, and corporate law. But what truly drives me is the desire to contribute to the greater good of the finance industry and to positively impact people from all walks of life.
