With over 10 years of work experience in recruitment, I am a passionate and driven manager of global talent acquisition at Wavin Group, a leading provider of innovative plastic pipe systems. My mission is to attract, engage, and hire the best talent for Wavin's diverse and dynamic teams across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. I have a strong background and expertise in recruiting for IT and engineering roles, as well as in commercial, legal and support functions. I am responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment for various roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating. I also oversee the employer branding, talent pipeline, and diversity and inclusion initiatives for Wavin.
