I still train newly hired Public Assistance workers, but I also coordinate trainings for my department of approximately 2,800, with inside and outside business partners. Develop, coordinate, and train curriculum to new workers, hired to administer public assistance programs. Also facilitate small groups, serve on various committees, design e-learning's, and other duties as assigned.

Answering phone, making copies, front desk greeter, managed the State Adoption Exchange Website, sought out and scheduled children to meet with Rusty Gatenby from Channel 5 to do a weekly special entitled "Thursday's Child." I also went to state adoption workers monthly meetings and took notes, which were distributed via ListServ.
