My name is Tequila Moore but I am the mellowest Tequila you will ever meet. The hospital I was employed at for 6 years was the main contributor to my passion for management. The Chief of Nursing, HR management, and other higher-level employees have been helping me on this pathway. I was on a committee called The Human Experience Team: we would read management books and then bring back ideas for improving the hospital system. I am a consistent person and take responsibility for tasks given. I make sure others are included as apart of the team.
