I have 15+ years’ experience in the intelligence community. Currently serving as a System Architect working as the technical conduit between the Program Manager (PM), the program’s Subject Matter Experts (SME’s), and customer in anticipating evolving technologies and developing a long term technical approach for achieving the program’s overall goals.I have the expertise and technical knowledgebase to design services which will allow enterprise access to data and services. I also have knowledge and experience in lifecycle engineering and development processes. I have served as the PM or assisted the PM as the Technical Lead in identifying and validating stakeholder requirements, needs, and expectations; leveraging subject matter experts to validate requirements and maintain traceability; oversee technical feasibility studies; and develop technical approaches.I ensure collaboration when developing the long-term architecture for the program. This development will not be done in isolation, but will require the current development team and stakeholder involvement to ensure that the architecture developed will successfully integrate within other System of Systems or Enterprise environments.I’m experienced with PMF concepts, tools and constructing views and artifacts for systems and enterprise systems for current and objective views.• Support customer, working groups (WG), technical exchanges (TEM), and integrated product team (IPT) meetings, including scheduling of meetings, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and recording and tracking of action items. Develop transition plans to migrate from current or legacy architecture to updated objective architecture.Experience with designing solutions that include cloud computing, open-source, and SOAExperience in deployment support for IT development projectsExceptional communication skills (written and oral)
