As an Engagement Manager at Girl Scouts Carolinas Peaks to Piedmont, I work with a team of staff and lead volunteers to deliver high-quality programs and services to over 12,000 girls and adults in 40 counties. I have been working with this organization for over seven years, starting as a Human Resources Support Specialist and currently as Engagement Manager, where I develop and implement strategies to increase membership, retention, and satisfaction. I have a passion for empowering girls to discover their potential, connect with others, and take action for a better world. I have an Associate's Degree in Medical Office Management/Administration from Western Piedmont Community College as well as a degree in progress in Business Administration Management. I have also completed several online courses and certifications in computer science, citizen science, and computational thinking. I have strong skills in community development, customer retention, community engagement, and project management, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse stakeholders and partners to achieve our mission.
