Oversight of HR functions, including recruiting, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Management of corporate insurance policies.Analysis and interpretation of financial and operational reports.Key strategic direction in the employee lifecycle, best practices for hiring and onboarding, along with retention strategies.Negotiate and oversee the administration of benefits packages, including health, dental, vision, and retirement.
