  As the ARC Experience Program Manager, I aim to improve the patient and employee experience by fostering stronger relationships and reinforcing the ARC culture.To achieve this, I have developed and implemented courses focusing on patient experiences for all levels of the organization. In addition, I have created employee experience programs that promote peer-to-peer recognition. The Hear, See, and Care program encourages employees to show appreciation for their teammates' hard work by giving them a handwritten note and a small token of appreciation. My goal is to create a positive and supportive environment for patients and employees and continually elevate the ARC Experience through innovative programs and practices.
