I enjoy developing my skills as a Food Scientists, formulating quality products for the consumers and keeping up-to-date with current equipment use and regulations. What also motivates me is what I saw early on. I have collaborated on numerous cross-department teams, such as Sourcing, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to determine client/consumer wants and best materials, equipment, & processes to obtain quality, desirable products.
