As you review my profile below, you will note that I have spent the past 6 years as an educator in the elementary school setting. While I certainly have a passion for teaching young scholars in a variety of subjects, I have decided to make a career pivot. Recognizing that I have many transferable skills, I have decided to launch a career as an Executive Assistant. I am actively seeking to align with a quality organization that affords opportunity for advancement. Please allow me to highlight some skills and achievements below: As an educator, maintaining schedules, records, and documentation is of key importance. I am consistently planning class activities, tracking the progress of my students, and generating supportive materials. I feel this is very close to managing executive calendars, drafting correspondence, and updating databases. In addition, I always adhere to confidentiality practices. During my time in education, I have embraced a team approach. We are constantly planning shared projects, cultivating resources, and collaborating for the benefit of our students. I will bring this same mindset as I transition to an administrative role. When leading projects, I will maximize resources while achieving timelines toward the successful completion of each initiative. When it comes to soft skills, I excel at time management, organization, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration. I am also adept at leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex problems with nuanced solutions. I will utilize all of these talents and more on behalf of my organization. I am always seeking to expand my professional network. Please feel free to connect with me here. Perhaps I can hear more about the needs of your organization and highlight how my unique capabilities might contribute to short and long-term success. Thanks for reviewing my profile and have a wonderful day!
