As an advisor at University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, I use my cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) skills to support students in achieving their academic and career goals. I help them overcome any challenges or barriers they may face, such as stress, anxiety, or motivation issues. With the help of Mentor Collective, I also mentor students and facilitate their personal and professional development, connecting them with valuable resources and opportunities.Previously, I worked as a business development specialist at Parts Depot, Inc., where I excelled in customer service, sales, and invoicing. I used CRM and Salesforce platform applications to manage and grow relationships with potential and current customers, and to handle orders, billing, and contracts. I have an associate degree in business, management, marketing, and related support services from Fox Valley Technical College, and I am pursuing a bachelor's degree at Strayer University. I am self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and always looking for ways to succeed.
