The primary goal of Product Testing it to test the quality of products that we send to our customers. When a customer believes a product to be defective, they will send it back to us and as a product tester, I make sure the product is actually defective so we can send it back to the vendor and make sure that our customers receive the highest quality products that we sell. I test anything from Audio Interfaces to Guitar Pickups to Subwoofers to determine if they are the type of quality that we want to continue to sell to our customers.
