My passion lies in driving student and teacher achievement by transforming research-based best practices into practical, engaging, collaborative classroom planning and instruction. From my years as a teacher and coach in an inner city school to implementing an education design for hundreds of schools nationwide to coaching teachers virtually as we all transitioned to online teaching, I strive to translate the latest research into accessible tools and training for teachers. My professional development sessions are focused, interactive, and impactful. I create meaningful, practical resources for schools based on teachers' needs. I develop strong relationships with school staff to foster the trust and creativity needed to craft innovative solutions to student achievement challenges.
