During my tenure, I managed the planning and development of a new application programming interface (API) and a disruptive digital platform. This effort supported a strategic partnership program that improved the performance of internal IT systems. As the bank grew from $30MM to $170MM in assets, I launched and led the customer success team to drive online banking and product support, partner correspondence, claims, and other customer solutions.
