Tera has extensive experience coaching, developing, and recruiting C-suite executives, Board members and other senior leaders. Her industry experience includes technology, materials, oil and gas, electronics, capital equipment, life sciences, retail, real estate and nonprofit institutions. She is a sought-after facilitator and headhunter. Her effectiveness in optimizing leadership and organizational performance, combined with her broad knowledge of business strategies and best practices, have proven exceptionally valuable to her clients. Tera earned her PHR Human Resources Management in 2009. She is certified in executive assessment and has personally conducted hundreds of executive selection and development assessments in multiple industries. She also has her bachelor’s degree from George Mason University in Business Administration.
