Focusing on the Scandinavian market, my role involves crafting and executing marketing activities aimed at bolstering B2C lead generation, advancing digitization efforts, and steering brand development.I have used my experience in refining digital channels, overseeing website development, and launching advertising campaigns to engage and convert our target demographic. Through a blend of strategic insight and creative execution, I ensure that our marketing initiatives are both up to date and aligned with wider business goals.Additionally I have led the digitization of business operations by introducing new internal and external processes to the sales flow.

After serving as a Project Manager, I transitioned to the role of Team Lead for the Estonian marketing department. My tenure in this position was marked by restructuring the department in accordance to the updated business structure, which included the recruitment of new talent, streamlining of work processes, and formulation of an updated marketing strategy for the company.A key accomplishment during this period was the successful implementation of a new brand identity, accompanied by the creation of unified visual language for strategic marketing campaigns along with the introduction of an optimized media purchasing strategy.This role necessitated close collaboration with international A-category consumer electronic brands as well as various internal departments, including Purchase & Sales, Retail, eCommerce, and IT, to achieve the overarching sales objectives of the company.

I was responsible for the development of tactical sales campaigns, including the creation of media plans and marketing messages. My duties also included crafting content marketing articles, configuring campaigns in the company's PIM and web management software and setting up e-mail and social media campaigns.This position demanded a strategic approach to digital marketing, leveraging various ATL and BTL channels to maximize campaign effectiveness. I contributed to enhancing the digital footprint and driving the digital marketing objectives of the company.

As the founder of Kahvel, an Estonian online magazine dedicated to consumer electronics and technology, I held the position of Editor in Chief, where my responsibilities encompassed overseeing content creation, managing website development, and cultivating partnerships and advertising opportunities.I contributed in establishing Kahvel as a leading source of technology news, reviews, and insights in Estonia, driving its growth and relevance in the tech community. This position allowed me to combine my passion for technology with my skills in editorial leadership, digital marketing, and strategic planning.

Following the completion of basic soldier training as part of the mandatory military service, I transitioned to the Strategic Communications Centre within the Estonian Defence Forces.In this role, I took on the responsibilities of writing articles and served as the Managing Editor for the Estonian Defence Forces' bi-weekly newspaper, Sõdurileht. My role encompassed overseeing the editorial process, ensuring the quality and accuracy of content, and managing the publication schedule to maintain timely and relevant communication with the forces' personnel and stakeholders.
