Registered Dental Hygienist and Senior Certified HR professional with a bachelors degree in Organizational Management. I began my dental career in 1997 as a dental assistant/receptionist and earned my hygiene license in 2009. I then transitioned to a practice management role, including Chief Operations Officer of a large Federally Qualified Health Center. My experience includes private practice, large group practices with multiple sites, and working with specialty providers.Most recently, I have joined the KLAS Solutions team as a Business and Clinical Coach. I believe that each practice is unique and am passionate about partnering with teams to develop and achieve their financial, business, and clinical goals.
