Since TRIBE’s launch I have developed a team of creatives, audiovisual artists, producers and project managers of maximun excellence. This team’s cohesion and productivity has result in greater efficiency and quality of deliverables. We have increased our client portfolio by 70% demonstrating my ability to generate successful results and attract new business.

In Mirum I led the CREATIVE STUDIO, a team of 35 multidisciplinary creatives and communication strategists, achieving an increase in the area revenue by 33%, improving the profitability and efficiency of the department.The strategies and budgets especially designed for audiovisual production on digital platforms, achieved a profit of 40%, maximizing business investment and strengthening the agency's profitability. By working closely with customer service and new business, we were able to expand the offering of digital media services to comprehensive campaigns, including television. This expansion diversified the sources of income and increased the company's portfolio.Implementing communication strategies based on data analysis with the social media team, I developed an exclusive creative and production team for Pepsico that generated a 50% revenue increase (2020 vs 2019), demonstrating a direct impact on the profitability and success of our campaigns.

I had the great chance to launch Proximity/BBDO Mexico as the head of the creative team, and after 5 years took it to become one of the first digital agencies of the country. In the 2nd year I won EFFIES and in the 5th year Cannes Lions.
