Responsible for leading and coordinating the start-up process of the Food for Education Project (FFE), funded by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). Managed, coordinated and implemented a range of initiatives in 60+ rural schools: education, WASH interventions, school infrastructure and commodities distributions.Managed FFE budget ($8 million dollars commodities and operational costs). Supervised 14+ multicultural staff and developed detailed programming plan for project officers and field staff.Designed with CRS Headquarters the official Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Manual and database for the project. In charge of M&E activities and program procedures.Developed activities on capacity building, community mobilization and leadership, gender inclusiveness. Liaised with the Ministry of Education, World Food Program, UNICEF, and international agencies.
