Join.com is recruiting software for multi-posting jobs and advanced applicant tracking.✦ Led the product design and built core features: Candidate Profile, Interview Scheduling, Scorecards, Talent Pool, Chrome Extension, Roles and Permissions, and Pricing Page.✦ We redesigned the join.com website in a team of two (release Jun'24). I created all the animations and designed some of the pages.✦ Took a lead on the design system. Migrated the product to a new design system (Chakra) while keeping our UI and most of the Figma library. Worked with the engineering team to find compromises, match two naming systems, add the missing variants, and QA each component.✦ Developed a Figma plugin using JavaScript to automate work on a new icon library. I created a unique icon library that supports full icon editing, component-based icon modifiers, free instance resizing, and preserves color overrides while switching nested icons.

Avito is the biggest classified site in the world. 50 million visitors per month.✦ Redesigned search filters (over 200 unique screens). +10% buyers per search with new filters. 86% of the users prefer the new design.✦ Redesigned search results page and raised +6.2% buyers per item view. Removed the ad column, but increased the total ad revenue by +6.4%.✦ Launched credit and mortgage brokers. Step by step I boosted the conversion of the broker form by +19%.✦ Participated in HR activities: interviewed designers (2 were hired) and designed Avito Design Talk meetups (ads attracted 300 live viewers).

Sberbank is the largest bank in Central and Eastern Europe.I worked on an HR Platform for bank employees — Pulse (RedDot Winner 2021).✦ Designed a service for ad campaigns with dashboards and analytics services.✦ Launched a hiring planning service to coordinate hiring across the country.

✦ Led a year-long course of lectures on design technology: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Audition, SketchUp, Cinema4D, Readymag, and Tilda.✦ Was a co-mentor of first-year design students.

HSE Design Lab is a full-cycle design studio.✦ Took a part in the development of navigation through the huge brand-new HSE University campus.✦ Worked on branding and designed marketing materials for events.

✦ Compiled a seasonal tourist guide to museums in several languages.✦ Created the concept of a book layout for the Tretyakov Gallery.✦ Prepared many corporate identity concepts, some of which are now in use.
