Senior Lecturer In Radio & Journalism
CurrentI teach creative broadcast radio skills and radio journalism, primarily to under-graduates. Students study news and current affairs as well as documentary and drama production, plus specialist music programming. I also teach editing skills (Adobe Audition is our software package of choice, but I'm not proud and I'll use Audacity etc. as well!) and studio operations and I help out at the university's Ofcom licensed Community Radio station, RadioLaB 97.1 FM (Radio Luton and Bedford), which serves Luton and the surrounding area.
