Joined Jones Lang LaSalle in 1991, Terence has more than 24 years of experience in retail leasing. He has been responsible for servicing local and multinational retailers in relation to their expansion plans in Hong Kong. He specializes in advising developers and landlords on developing and implementing marketing and leasing strategies as well as undertaking lease negotiations on their behalf. To cope with the Company’s expansion in Macau since 2004, Terence has been playing an active role in setting up the retail team in the territory, devising marketing strategy tailor-made for the market, soliciting new clients and appointments and providing training to the new team.Terence has involved in a number of retail projects in Hong Kong, including Dragon Centre, Toyomall, Miramar Shopping Centre, Canton Place at Silvercord, Island Place, Fashion Island, Cityplaza, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Extension, Festival Walk, Cathay Pacific Airways New Headquarters, International Finance Centre Phase 1, Man Yee Building , Citygate, One Peking Road, Langham Place, Nina Tower, 18 Mody Road, Soundwill Plaza II – Midtown and 33 Des Voeux Road Central in Hong Kong and Galaxy Macau in Macau.Terence has worked extensively with the following brands namely: Richemont Group, Kering Group, American Eagle, Brooks Brothers, Jack Wills, Marks & Spencer, Tommy Bahama, Ralph Laurens, Breitling, Vertu, Elie Saab, Dickson Group, Fairton Group, Diesel, Forever 21, G Star Raw, H&M, HMV, Swarovski and many more. Terence joined Jones Lang LaSalle in November 1991 as a negotiator in the Retail Department and was promoted to Associate Director in 1997. After serving the company for more than 7 years, Terence left the company to join a developer for a short period and rejoined the company in 1999. Terence was prompted to Local Director in 2006, National Director in 2013 and Head of Retail in November, 2015.Terence completed his education in Hong Kong and is a Licensed Estate Agent.
