• Responsible Northern Western Canada Region PartStore Customers.• Visit customers in the region, market and support online ordering.• Identification, understanding, and documentation of business requirements.• Design and implement effective e-Business solutions.• Prepare project management documents, and facilitate prompt completion of all projects.• Develop effective initiatives in order to entice online buying, build awareness internally.

•Accurately track, update and distribute highly detailed monthly project financial statements detailing financial data to the company controllers, accounting support staff, department directors, managers, and supervisors. •Worked closely with Enbridge Pipeline Inc. Audit Services department to discuss and monitor the departments Internal Controls process.•Draft and create Authority for Expenditure (AFE) documentation including: budget submissions, project closure documentation, project in-service documentation, revisions, in-service dates, and project status.•Work with project managers to provide technical accounting advice to address and resolve program concerns.•Provide monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements (Reconciliation statements, spend profiles, payment schedules, etc) to the Capital Assets groups in both Canada and the United States.•Co-ordinate year-end procedures such as accruals, carry-overs and related accounting functions in direct compliance with control measures such as Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the newly implemented IFRS.•Communicate with Management and Non-Management personnel in Canada and the United States to receive project status updates to ensure project accounting is accurately tracked on schedule.•Set-up inter-project codes to allow for proper cross-border cost application (Internal Controls measure).•Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for financial aspects of the capital projects (Internal Controls measure).•Enter capital budget submissions into the capital budgeting systems (Share point in Canada and Oracle PM in the United States) and preparing AFE paperwork (opening, building task structures, revision documentation, carryovers, and project closure documentation).
