Plan and direct the security operations designed to protect employees, guests, assets, and property.Responsible for development, evaluation, and continuous monitoring and improvement of security processes and policies, technical security systems, emergency procedures, safety programs and practices.Manages contract security staff, including establishing workloads, prioritizing work assignments, evaluating employee performance, interpreting and enforcing policies and procedures, resolving staff issues, and making hiring or termination decisions/recommendation.Manages security related investigations and manage/support the company’s overall programs and policies designed to identify and investigate incidents of theft, fraud and other criminal activity.Evaluate security systems and potential suppliers, solicit and obtain proposals, and prepare requests for approval to procure appropriate security systems and services.Conduct audits of Porsche employees, suppliers, external security agencies and other business partners to ensure appropriate protection of Porsche assets, including intellectual property, and compliance with established security policies and procedures.Manages the security compliance requirements of CTPAT program within Porsche and it's subsidiaries. Develops and administer safety programs, responsible for identifying safety issues, conducting thorough investigations, inspections, and assessments and work with management to develop practical and feasible solutions to safety issues.Liaise with Federal, State, and local police departments. Manage security projects for special events. Investigate crimes on property while cooperating with law enforcement agencies.Manages the security protection of Porsche facilities in North America and Canada. Develops and manages the Porsche Business Continuity Plan for safety related emergencies that may arise. Acts as Chief Fire Marshall for Porsche Cars North America.

•Serve as Adjunct Instructor for various security courses.•Instruct all assigned courses and hours as determined with course assignments.•Plan course instruction based upon approved syllabus/outline provided, to assure course content and objectives are met.•Prepare and grade assignments, projects, and examinations as required. •Completes required reporting and documentation, including assessment of learning outcomes, grade reports, attendance verifications, etc. •Incorporate current teaching techniques, subject area developments, and current technology (if applicable) into the student learning experience.•Select, develop, and use informal and formal techniques or instruments to measure student learning, modifying teaching strategies if needed.
