Main duty includes working on new projects and initiatives within company aimed at enhancing customer experience and increasing profit for the business. Defects will be raised if required with the relevant parties and then managed. Updates will be provided throughout the testing window and recommendation given whether the testing should be signed off or not.Other duties include the management of system issues. This will involve resolving, opening and closing with 3rd parties, testing fixes and recoveries whilst keeping the relevant party up to date with the progress. Security management of all systems from adding and deleting users to resets and user amendments. The management and monitoring of various mailboxes.
