Responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of the Bank’s brand and communications strategy. Drive was to use this strategy to support the achievement of business targets in business units across the Bank. Ultimate focus of my team was to build and maintain the brand equity of the Bank whilst creating an appropriately positioned image for the Fidelity brand in the market and in the minds of our customers.

Responsible for the design, management and implementation of all HR policies, procedures and interventions in the Bank. Duties cover company-wide Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Resourcing, the design and implementation of Reward and Compensation systems for all categories of employees (600+) as well as periodic HR Reporting.

Responsibility for generalist HR in assigned functions – from entry to exit. Broad areas of focus included Talent Development, Manpower Planning, Organisational Development & Design, Management Development & International Mobility. Also had objectives covering Organisational Effectiveness & Employee Engagement across the organisation.

Operational oversight for Factory HR team and Workforce Administration across the broad spectrum of HR – Recruitment & Orientation, Information Systems and Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, Benefits Administration, Discipline & Grievance. Also had oversight of 3rd party contractors and providers on site (Manufacturing & Copacking, Cleaning, Laundry, Canteen).
